I assume this kit will be just as great as the one you did for the LS1 Firebirds.

Oh yes.

I don't have mine installed yet as I ran into a snag - The power stud on our cars is 1/2" and the terminals I have are 3/8" dang it! *edit* actually my terminals are 5/16" so maybe the stud is 3/8"? Regardless, I don't have a connector the right size.

I would like to have these before the beginning of June, but I know that won't happen, so I guess I'll wait on them. The GP didn't really come at the best time...ha.

I had no issues at all with mine. PM me with any issues you have. I'll see if I can't show you how I installed my set.

Thanks guys for all the good words.

Egott - We have an extra set being built right now if you are interested in receiving headlights before June.

SparkyJJO - Which connector do you need? I know you mentioned you didn't need any wiring from us but let me know if we can be of assistance.

Looks like 3/8" ring terminals but I'm good. I just need to pick some up. Thanks though!

Seriously guys if you are on the fence GET THESE NOW!

I (finally) got mine installed after numerous setbacks with my schedule. NOTHING wrong with BLS, it was all my fault either due to work or simply being lazy.

These are only crappy cell pics and I will get better ones later when I find my good camera. Also yes I got halo rings on mine, call me ricer but I think they look good on these cars. They aren't hooked up yet as I was running out of daylight.

Low beams are the quality Morimoto 35W 5000k HID kit. I reused my cheap Xentec 35W 5000k HID kit that I bought from ebay years ago for the high beams. As you can sort of see in the low+high beam pic the xentecs are a little more blue than they should be. Not sure if that is because they are older and have some wear or just because they are cheap lol.

This was just a roughed-in aiming of the projectors. I tweaked them some more and leveled them out after this pic.

Where I mounted my relays and ballasts. The low beams are the black Morimoto ballasts and the highs are the cruddy looking gray ones in the front. I used industrial strength velcro to mount them. I have a mass of wiring with the way I have them hooked up, I think most people wouldn't have quite the same amount of wire to deal with... And I'm not done yet either! LOL

I'll try to get better pictures later of the cutoff at night and the headlights themselves day and night with a real camera.

I ran out of daylight so they aren't wired up yet. I should have them hooked up in a few days though when I have some time again, and hopefully by then I'll have found my real camera to get better pictures too. Good thing about the cell phone is it hides the dirt and bugs on the front of the car from being on the highway recently
