Default Camaro Stance - What springs are these?

So I came across this pic, and THIS is the stance I want. I realize the tires out back might be pushing the front down a tad more.

Those of you with Camaro's, if your stance is like this, what spring/shock setup are you running? Or if anybody has an idea just from looking. Thanks!

I was thinking that. You can manually adjust the ride height on the coils, correct?

Correct. You use a spanner wrench the bottom perch for the shock sits on a threaded portion of the shock body.

A lot of it has to do with the tires, however it's probably nothing more than an eibach prokit. They tend to sag after about 3 years at least mine have

Unless you hear from the owner, it's pretty much impossible to tell by sight alone. eibach, strano, bmr, etc have similar heights when you look at most pics (with the exception of eibach sportlines), and that is not all that plays in to the equation. Rim size and tire size play a part, as the car will appear lower if the combination of rim+tire sizes yield a larger overall diameter, as they will fill more of the wheel well area, as is the case with the two sets of rims/tires I have.

Also the placement of the wheels matters to. Depending on the offset, use of spacers, etc, the more the tires are set out closer to the fender, the lower the car may look, and most likely the better the stance will look. Not necessarily flush or anything like that, just not so set back in the wheel well area. though I don't car for rims/tires sticking out past the fender, it looks out of place for the most part.

hell, the amount/type of driving you do affects them too (to an extent, even if only a little), I know my car sat higher before I really broke in my BMR springs. I love how they sit now.

another thing to consider, did the owner leave in the rear isolators or not? that makes a big difference in the rear, and lends a considerable drop when removed.

Just sayin, you can't really look at a pic and try to guess and make your buying decision off of that. At least I wouldn't call that a smart thing to do. There are more factors to consider than the springs to be able to assume you'll get the same stance as someone else. You absolutely need to consider what wheels/tires sizes/offsets are used and things like whether or not the isolators are still in.

25.5" F/R Fender to ground, 17x9.5/11, 275/315 NT05, 2" dropzone springs, Stock front shocks/KYB rear shocks, Upper spring mount mod front/no isolators rear.

With 15" wheels my door would hit most curbs trying to open it in parking lots.

SLP Eibach's have that exact stance. Lower in the rear and a bit higher in the front. You like that look?

It's impossible to tell. The stance looks like my Z when I used to have Prostars and I had cut springs all around.

I've never heard of dropzone springs, but my god that thing looks sexy.

You know Bat, I didn't even notice that until you mentioned it. Is it just the angle of the pic? But no, what really attracted me was how low the front was, and the angle of it.

C'mon Crimson you know me better than that! My plan seems to be working anyway.. that being, making all you Camaro owners ***** out pictures of your cars. At the end I get to compare them all and see which wheel/stance setup I like best, and with any luck I'll already be familiar with the brand, if not I'll do a bit of research and try to see that the "look" I like is consistent between several cars.

All in all though, there are indeed many factors that need to be considered. Hopefully I'll find a few sitting on OEWheels that have the stance I'm looking for, cause that's what wheels I'd be getting. Actually gonna go pop over to the OEWheels thread, but keep the low in the front Camaro's coming!

Check the stance thread, you never know what someone has, could be coil overs/or cut stockers there is just no way to tell by looks,my advice is to stay away from eibach, they look killer but the ride blows

^^ Like he said, stay away from eibach. Spend the money and get a quality spring, such as Strano or BMR.
