Lip options for 01 SS
Hey,
So I recently sold my white Varrstoen wheels and was planning on selling the car in order to get a track car, but I am having trouble getting rid of it.
So I've been throwing around the idea of putting spacers on the stock 10 spokes, powdercoating them and getting the stance I really want.
The only thing I hate about the car is the way the front bumper slopes up. I am looking for a lip that will even it out with the sides of the car.
I like the looks of the WW lip for the TA's but I've seen people say it won't fit.
Thanks in advance.

Don't run spacers (they supposedly put to much strain on the lug bolts) if anything get adapters that have the same bolt pattern, save the money for a new set of wheels and a drop. As far as the lip goes, your options are limited. The stock front clip should be even with the body unless you have side skirts. Yea it does flare up in the front a bit but no lip is going to be more even with the sides. Every lip is going to hang lower. If you have the money the 6LE front bumper is the best option to get a front clip that runs parallel to the ground.

outside of the 6LE splitter, none of the lips available will look right without also adding side skirts and rear ground effects.
as for trying to get your wheels to set out where you want, get adapters. I HIGHLY recommend www.motorsport-tech.com excellent product, got my stance right where I wanted it. Custom adapters are the way to go. they sell custom spacers as well

Yeah I saw that one, I thought maybe there were some uncommon ones I missed with simple ebay and google image searches.
I like the splitter you guys offer, its too bad you couldn't make one like the CDC classic for S197 mustangs. I had a custom one off carbon fiber one I bought from APR, I would pay for something new and unseen.
I even thought about doing the DIY front lip.
