Vote, Opinions to stripe or not to stripe
Ok I have a 02 pewter camaro Z28 hood, I cant decide to add stripes (black) they are only 109.99
Similar to this but without checkered
Also looking at blacking out the tear drop hood
Should I do it? stripes only? both?
anyone have pics of same color car with them.
Any opinions would appreciated thanks

your post is a little confusing, you say the car has a z28 hood, but the pics you posted and the rest of what you said seems to indicate you have an SS hood? so, which hood is on the car?
not a fan of any stripes on cars with the standard hood.
if you've got an SS hood, I say go for it.

I agree to an extent, what do you mean by "wrapping"
Im still undecided they are about $110 if I dont like I can take off, but thats not pocket change for me
I posted the wrong picture the kit I would go with would go all the way to the bottom and not wrap around and end. like the 1st gen solid stripe with a pin stripe around that straight only curves would be around the hood.
In the rear im not sure I would want them to go all the way down.

Like I mentioned...look at the Berger style stripe, especially if you have a SS hood and you want an old school look...(ignore the hockey stripe, unless you really like that as well.)

agree with a couple others, I like the look of the stripes ending before the grill opening. unless you're going to also have it extend onto the grill like the anniversary cars
http://www.norcal-lsx.com/forum/show...ht=anniversary
these end at the grill (30th anni style)

for the checkered flag 35th anni stripes, you can request that they end at the grill as well (it comes up in the options)

looks odd to me when the stripes roll into the grill area and then pick back up at the bottom. (like in the pic you posted)
