Default Need advice on changing bulbs

I just bought a 99 Ram Air Trans Am and I have to replace the bulb in one of my fog lamps and one in my parking lamp. Since I just bought the car I am not sure how to change theses bulbs. I looked underneath as the owners manual said that you have to remove the access panel to get to them. Any giudance would be appreciated.

Pretty straight forward. Open the access panel. Locate the harness, twist and pull.

The passenger side foglight went out on my 2000 WS.6 the other day and I've been having the same problem...
Which access panel do you need to open? It doesn't seem like I can even get to it from under the hood so I got underneath the car the other day and didn't have much luck that way either...
A little bit of clarification and maybe a pic or two would really help me out
Thanks

On the formulas you have access thru the panel in front of the wheels for both the fog and parking. On the T/A's the fog lights are a bitch to get. I wound up sticking my arm behind the washer fluid bottle . My DRL/park bulb I just get it thru the brake cooling duct

Check the last line of his Sig Battman

I need to change the bulb in my pass. side Fog Light as well. Mines been out since about 6 months after buying the car. FWIW, I really like the way the Trans Am's look with clear bulbs in the DRL's, since they have the clear lens already. Very clean, especially on darker colored cars, but also looks good on white and silver!

(Disclaimer: Check with your local authorities before performing this modification. The police here are cool with this, police in your town may not be!)

Just my $0.02!!!

To get to the fog lights, I pop the headlights up and reach down in the open space they create when open. It's a tight squeeze, but it sure beats taking panels off to get to them. For the parking lamp/DRL, I just stick my arm in the vent that's under the light and grab onto the back of the lamp. It's a little tight fit too, but can be done.

How the hell do you get the lens out? I am struggling with it, not wanting to pull the bumper...
