If you're on a budget, heck even if you're not, I recommend the scratch and dent listings. Most of the time it is just a little extra fiberglass on the underside that has to be slightly sanded to fit perfect.

I ordered a fiberglass one on 7-7-13 and I still havent recieved it. Just wondering when it will be shipped out?

Same here, 7/18/13 for mine. I called after a little while and was told that they'd ship end of August. When that came around I called again and was told end of September. Now from some of their posts online its looking like end of October?

Knowing that they were on back order until Oct is nothing new. I e-mailed about them on 7-9 and was told back then about the delay until Oct. These are made on demand, not just sitting around waiting to be shipped. Have some patience. I too have had an order for a CF panel in since 7-11.
