May I inquire as to the best way to mount the 69 badges?
I found something on another website that detailed heating the badge, and gently bending it to conform to the contours of the 98-2002 fenders. But, if I cut the posts off, as I don't feel like drilling into my fenders, what do I mount the badge with?
I was thinking of purchasing some adhesive glue like this. I think it will fill in the backside of the badge. Is this what I want?

What I did was gently bend my badges between a cloth I then applied double sided heavy duty 3M tape from the auto parts store trust me they will not fall off the 3M tape is heavy duty

Looks really nice, a very classic look. The combination of Pewter metallic paint, retro emblems, and the classic TT2's bring it all together. Very nice!
