Default Intrest in a bolt in autometer gauge cluster?

I am having one made up out of alumin and still be able to use the factory plastic cover and mounting locations/screws...

it is gonna have 1 spot for a 3 3/8s center tach and 4 2-1/16 gauge spots...(Water/Oil/Trans Temps and Oil Pressure) obviously u can put whatever gauges u want in there

might be able to fit two 3-3/8s and 4 2-1/16s gauges in there...

spots for gauges will be as close to factory as possible...

will have to trim the black outlines out of the center of the plastic cover

if it fits and looks good... who would be interested in one?

I would be interested. I'd like to keep them hidden as much as I can. People in Boston will break into your car for the gauges, not the car.....it's stupid.

I always liked the idea of putting three gauges in the middle vents on the Camaro's. Like angle them a little towards the driver and have them stuff in some sort of plate that would match the texture of the rest of the radio plastic bezel.

I actually bought a spare cluster out of wreck so I can make one for my car. I would be using plastic that looks close to stock but brush aluminum is a neat idea too...

I would like the matching plastic myself. I just want something that doesnt require me to butcher up my interior in case the car is ever sold or I change my mind on the gauges. I like the two in front of the shifter but I don't want to buy a spare console.

The radio vents seems cheap enough, that bezel cant be too expensive and I bet it would fit 3 gauges.
