1970 Z28 Emblems on my white 94 Z
I bought some 1970 Z28 emblems for my 94 Z28. I used a dremel to grind the studs off the back of the emblems and used some double sided tape to attach them to my car. I bent the emblem for the back panel with my hands. The emblem already has some curvature to it so it doesn't need to be bent much more. I think that the 100 bucks i spent on these really changed the appearance of the car for the better.

Thanks for all of the complements. I got the 67 as a bday/christmas present when I was 13, but it was a basket case. I have redone the car, and got it mostly finished when I was 18, but I still buy parts for it all the time. Spent 200 bucks on it today, just buying chrome moldings. You can restore one but it will never be "finished".

Probably pretty good.....it seems like the badging on the cars in the 60's and early 70's was regarded as far more important to marketing the car than it was in the 90's....
The older emblems just have more character to them and give a higher quality impression than the plastic garbage they stick on cars now. Of all of the Z28 emblems dating back to 1968, the 4th Gen Z28 badge is the absolute worst in appearance and cheapness.
Which is why I ditched mine and went with the 1970 variety.

You ever stopped at a Wal-Mart in VA before? I have seen that exact thing here at our Wal-Mart parking lot. I can never forget something that....looks like that. I find it hard to believe that two people have done that.

Nine Ball: I hear that man! By the way, do you remember meeting me at the Commerce Year One show? I came to your tent and got some ls1tech stickers for me and my friends. I had my 1999 SS at the show, it was parked beside a 35th anniversary SS t-top M6 car.
Another-User: No, I've never been to VA before in my life, so it was definately someone elses car.
