The bumper starts to curl and then the paint slowly chips up with it... happened to my old car

i'd lose those little tips and put some short turndowns on instead to save your bumper..

That's part of the 'sports appearance package' Im thinking about getting a body shop to chop two small semi-circles where the tips are, or just adjust the cat-back... I love the stealth look, but it wont look too cool if part of the car is damaged like you guys said.

Yea they beat me too it. I "tucked" my first catback on my LT1 car and it toally FUBAR'd my bumper in a matter of months. You want it at least flush with the end of the bumper.
