Default Red carbon fiber

You guys with red cars might like this. I pulled it off the airbrush forum. Its a pic of normal carbon fiber with a coat of kandy red over it. Pretty cool look and definately unique. Guess you could also spray a blue kandy to match nmb cars as well. Thought i would let you guys take a look.

I'd assume the same way a regular paint process works.

And a pewter look may be a bit harder to see, but Im sure it can be done.

looks good but why not just buy some red carbon fiber? It would be just as easy. I really do like the look though.. of course I have red carbon fiber fuel rail covers.

any other pictures of that. Kinda has a brown tint to it but it just might be because of the shade. Curious to see if it is as bright as if you were to spray regular cf with several coats of kandy red.

The red CF (like 01 Reds) is probably cheaper, but IMO the Kandy'd look has a shine to it more which is what I'd like. I'd spend a few extra bucks to kandy it, especially if its a big part like that.

Nothing against 01 Red, cause his engine bay is clean as hell w/ the FRCs, STB and the way everything works together.

I doubt its any cheaper than doing the kandy but I could be wrong. The Kandy does look cool and I think it would like to give it a try on my interior. I think it would look really cool

and dont worry I didn't think that you were bashing my bay. Everyone has their own taste

He sells some with the two cuts in the driver side but everything else I had to do myself. Its not that hard but it takes a long time. I cut a little off at a time so I could get it right and everything came out good. The main problem I had was that stupid dip stick. Took several tries to get that right
