What is the best paint that is very hard and won't chip alot from rock chips, I was told PPG is the good? Is there anything else better and stronger than PPG?

depends on the shop, but ppg is popular but so is sikkens, dupont, and house of kolor for custom stuff. They are all great brands and you cant go wrong with any of them.

Yep - alot also is determined in the mixing. If you use a slow hardener, it will take longer to dry, but will be a harder finish. You can also give it some flex to reduce the chance of chipping.
