what is the best paint out there? What is the best paint that is very hard and won't chip alot from rock chips, I was told PPG is the good? Is there anything else better and stronger than PPG?

depends on the shop, but ppg is popular but so is sikkens, dupont, and house of kolor for custom stuff. They are all great brands and you can go wrong with any of them.
