Spoiler opinion, three piece or one piece??? POLL INSIDE
I got this spoiler for Christmas:
I am trying to decide if I should keep it one piece (would look like this):
Or, USING THE SAME SPOILER (i.e. SAME HEIGHT AND SHAPE) go three piece (I have a friend who can do it and make it look like it came that way, he Targa topped his Z) similar to these:
I am leaning towards the three piece because I do not like the gap the one piece leaves where it over hangs (seen here):
Also, since I already have the 1974 style Z28 emblems I thought the 3 piece design would match and compliment the style:
This is my car now:
SO, what do you guys think? Three piece or one piece???

I knew how it was because mine did it when I had it before:
I'll attach the side pieces with 3M double stick, I won't drill holes in the quarter panels.

I would like the spoiler if it did not have any space between it and the car, which I think but cannot tell that that is what you are trying to accomplish with the 3 piece. The third picture down of the white camaro looks weird and confuses me.

i got that wing on both my Z`s but I too like the way it would look in 3-piece but i am not sure if i would feel comfortable just using 3m double stick to attach it and lord knows i dont want to drill holes unless me or you or anyone else wants to always leave it that way. If you do decide to do it I would like to know more about cost how they did it etc, whatever you decide the wing is awesome i love how it looks on a gfx equipped car or just stock it changes the whole look

You can single me out as well. I am partial to the one piece. Get 2 cars side by side and compare the visual impact between the styles. The pic below speaks alot for the smooth one piece design. Drilling or taping the metal panel is questionable if reversed in my opinion and with the one piece the fenders are never touched. You can also quickly interchange between SS & Z28 spoilers with this one piece style. Try that with a 3 piece.
