Default SS spoiler light

I have some of my spoiler tail lights out and I was wondering how to replace it. I also wanted it to say SS when I step on the brakes. Do you guys know how to do that?

Yes... It is possible are you talking about doing this in your SS high mount brake light? Or are you talking about your tail lights? Thats a big difference.

I think the "SS" and "Z28" on the brake lights is redneck and cheesy. In order to replace the LEDs on the spoiler youre going to have to take it apart and solder on some new light. 2 of mine are out to. There's really no easy way to replace them.

I am actually looking for ANY and ALL SS High mount brake lights to repair. I have a post in the WTB section for this.

Anyway.. Yes you would need to take the assembly apart (which looks to be a pain in the D**K) and IF there is room spell out SS in LED's Then seal it all back up and you are golden. Sound easy?

Honestly it really isnt to much work. If you have to get the light repaired anyways it is worth a shot checking out. The only problem would be the space. If you are interested PM me, and I will see what I can do.
