sneak peek: new black Blackbird stripes are on (slight 56K warning)
removed charcoal blackbird stripes and added some bolder, black ones.
no time for a nice photoshoot yet, but here's a few quick pics. in a couple of days, i'm going to repaint my CETA rear bumper mod from charcoal to black
and for comparision, here's a photo i took from the 1st day i got her in early '04, 6K miles. now she's only at 28K still. yep she's a clone of sorts I had an offer of $25K over the weekend, but just couldn't do it.

Hmm, I was actually a fan of the charcoal on it because it was different and subtle....
...But your car is one of the few where I actually think it could go either way. Looks just as good this way as the other. There's even aspects of it that look better. Like you said, the black is just more bold and makes the car look "stronger". It flows well with the tint and will really be completed when you do the CETA in black. Looking good as always man.

glad you guys like the change
i believe the tint to be 15% on the sides and 30% on the windshield. no, no problems at all seeing out at night. first owner had it done in FL.

car looks good with the black blackbirds,glad to hear your keeping the car. what was the deciding factor? be sure to post up new pics when finished, always love seeing your car. great job man.
