I get mine here:

http://www.caswellplating.com/buffs/microfiber.html

The nap is fine enough that it won't scratch a polished aluminum surface. Facial tissue can scratch a polished aluminum surface. That should tell you how fine it is.

Go to some place like sam's club. You can get 24 for $12 and I think my car likes them too.

I just bought a set of Pak Shak towels from Zane's Shine Shoppe and am VERY pleased with them. I like them much better than the pack I bought from ProperAutoCare.

This may sound crazy but I got mine from good old Wal-Mart!! They are alot larger almost size of a bath towel. I really like them and they work extremely well. I have other small ones I use for waxing. The large ones are really great for drying!
Just my .02!

Tropi-care, Using those cheap towels from wal-mart will also scratch your paint. You get what you pay for.

I've never gotten scratches from them. My buddies haven't either. Maybe if you press with all your weight though, you will...

you guys all say that they scratch your paint i bet its just dirt that you didn't wash off...
yeah you get what you pay for but how many ways can you make a microfiber cloth. you gotta look at it from both sides. how and when did the user use it?
