I'm going against the grain and gonna say the chrome. I have a BGM 98 Z and am planning Halos, and am Definetley getting chrome. The green and chrome look better together. Ill try and photoshop something later comparing side by side, but seriously with the way the green shines the only thing to go with it is chrome. the black out make the fornt end UGLY IMO.

i think black on a black car, or if you've got another color and have a black theme (like black wheels) then might be okay. but i'd say chrome otherwise. they pop a bit more, if you know what i mean?

Since your car is a 98, it has the black Tbar and black side mirrors. Go with black halos, I got mine off ebay and look good with the red/black combo. Dont remember the company but they are all the same.

I got my black ones off of ebay. Just buy from someone with an online store. Most of the Halo sellers sell them for all different cars and have thousands of positive seller feedbacks. Look for someone with 100+ good sales with 100% positive feedback. And, go with black.

Depends on your future plans for the car. Getting wheels anytime soon? If chrome/polished wheels, then get the chrome halos. If black/dark wheels, get the black halos.
Or if you plan any other dark secondary color things to the exterior, get the black ones.

I'd say black. It'll give it a more aggressive look from a frontal view. The chrome ones they sell look a little like the stock ones, which I disliked alot on my car, and its the only reason why I got myself the black halos.
