just dropped of my tail piece i bought of of ebay. got it for $60.00 bucks. was a nice surprise when the guy at the body shop said base coat/clear coat gloss black $50.00 bucks.tail piece is in good shape. said will be done in day or two. now have 2 pick up a new bowtie & ss emblem. dunno thinking of putting a chrome slp emblem on the other side. dont think i will go the insert route 4 the camaro. not crazy about that look. will post pics as soon as its done.

i just did my own.

sanded it, prepped it, spray painted it.

"berger" supposed to be flat (matte)black, not glossy tho.

glossy looks better on some cars, and flat looks better on others. its by choice.

Just Picked It Up. Looks Good. 53.00 Bucks Total With Touch Up Paint. Not Bad. Just Waiting For My Emblems Now. I Was Going Gloss The Whole Time. Matches The Shine 2 My Car So Much More. Will Post Pics Soon.

well i figure 4 50.00 bucks not 2 shabby. oh ya about the shirt never know when some ladies might be around lol... its hot here in jersey. will be putting it on this weekend. hopefully badges will be here by then. going with stock black/silver ss & bowtie. either a chrome slp on the left or a hurst emblem. dunno yet. will post pics when done.

glossy usually looks more complete. not as many cars can go flat and still make it look as good. stainless inserts would look good on it, especially if your gonna have other badges

thanks guys, no stainless inserts 4 me. dont like the look. gonna stay insert free. gonna have 2 decide to put the slp emblem on the left or the hurst eqipped emblem. will see.

flat is also the way to go... not a fan of the gloss.
