berger rear panel or leave it alone?
i've been debating lately on whether or not to do the berger mod on my car (rear panel). so here's a pic and ya'll tell me if i should or should not go through with it. i jsut cant decide whtether or not it will be too muhc black. and if ya think i should do it....go flat black?

Well seeing you already have a black silver theme going, I think it would look good. Course Im baised because i already have done it to my car. If you are curious if it will look good though, Im sure youll find someone on here with a silver car with a black berger panel to give you an idea how it would look. Also, if I did it I would go with glossy black.

Glad you decided to go ahead with it. I think you'll like how it accents your car. Put the stainless camaro inserts on it, and your choice of emblems for the left and right side sounds good. If you think that you will want to go back to your factory silver panel one day, do what I did. Buy an extra panel at a salvage yard, and paint it and keep your original one.

I have almost the exact same car, and I went back and forth quite a few times about whether I wanted to do it or not. Eventually, I went back to my initial reaction to it, which is that it looks like I was too broke to get the panel painted after someone rear ended me.
