whats up guys. i was wondering what u think. Should i go darker so no one car see me at all or does it look good the way i have i now? an i know i should of turned the flash off lol. right now i have 35% upfront i was thinking of going to 20%

If your not worried about getting pulled over, I would go at least 20% all the way around...5% rear if possible. I just got 20% all the way around and I love it. The legal limit here is 50% sides and 42% rear. And yes Im VERY worried about getting pulled over

i Have 5% all around too. And i love it buts yours looks fine. Having 5% can sometimes make it difficult to see at night especially at night when its raining. I think 5% looks the best tho!

I have 35 right now too and am comtemplating going darker, but in CA any tint is illegal and not having power windows makes it a little risky, I'll prolly drop down to 18 tho

It's not a question of whether you should go darker or not. Dark always looks better , but will you get pulled over/get a ticket ?

I personally think 20% is the best all around tint but I kept getting pulled over in my last Camaro for it so I haven't tinted my LS1 yet. As soon as I get a new DD I'll stop by and get it tinted.

I guess I'm the only one that like %35. I think any darker looks ghetto. I had %20 all around a few years ago and had to peel it cause the cops, got %35 now and like it better.

I don't even know what the hell percent mine is, I just told the guy to put the darkest he's got on it. In NJ, any tint on the windshield or front passenger windows is illegal, and since I didn't want just the rear tinted, I figured I might as well go all out and get it nice and black. Can't see a thing looking in, which I like. She's a weekend driver, never sees rain or even night driving mostly, so visibility isn't a huge detriment. I'll post pics when I get a way to resize them.

I have 10% all around and its not impossibnle to see, i just never have to use my rear view mirror deflector I'd say 10-20% all around would look best... everyone calls my car the batmobile

Tint is for ugly people who are compensating by buying a nice car and dont want to ruin its looks (FLAME SUIT ON!!!!!!!!!!)

Lol, I am in TX, and they have decent tint rules, nothing great though. I will tint my F-bod when I get it first thing if its not already done

I've got 20% on the sides and 5% on the back...I love it. Only thing that sucks is backing up at night, I put some brighter halogen bulbs in my reverse lights so it's not a problem anymore. If I didn't think I'd have a hard time seeing out at night I'd do 5% on the sides too.

My boyfriend's (Pewter) has 35% and mine has 20%
