cleaning up the lines of the f-body-
I want to get my car repainted (chips, small dents from rocks, removal of pinstripes and gunk from the side moldings) and started messing around in photoshop. i wanted to see what it would look like with smoothed out panels.
i think its makes it look a lot cleaner, especially on a white car because the lines stnad out more. a smoothed out black car would look awesome too.
*this isn't my car btw, i used someone else's photo (member on here)

look's great in photoshop, but I think it would be difficult to do on a car, unless it was a trailered show car.
Mainly because it would be difficult to find a body filler that will stick to both metal and plastic, that will not crack or break loose as those body parts flex while the car is moving.
that, and the fact that you would no longer be able to remove parts like the bumper for repair or replacement without reblending and repainting the seam.

I feel you on the white cars showing lots of lines. But llike mentioned above, I think there'd be too many reasons it would be difficult to make successful. Nice photoshopping.
