check out this widebody vette
ive been thinking baout doing one of these for a year or so now. I just checked back at the site and they dropped the price like $1500! the only way id do this is to find an incrediable deal on a vette like a perfect condition low mileage six speed 97 or neer for around $15000. But i dont know cause still $11,000 can be a few turbos and racing seats and navigation and rims of my choice and a desent body kit. But still-id probably have one of the only ones in california. people wouldnt even know what it is!

I like it. It's a little expensive, but you are getting a completely different looking 'vette for that price. I wish they did something like that for the f-bodies, but being a unibody, where the rear fenders are welded to the unibody, that isn't going to happen cheaply.

hmm... nice. i wasnt digging the yellow vert at first, but im not a huge fan of verts to begin w/. once i got to the red one though i was sold. idk, thats a hard choice. it does look pretty sick, but if i only had 11g's to spend i'd be really hard for me to justify spending that only on appearance and not on performance, no matter how sick the car looked. i'd be smiling wide driving that thing down the highway until someone else blew by me in a twin turbo'd c5 or something like that. then i'd be kicking myself, lol.
basicly i think that kit would be worth the money, but i think it comes down to deciding whats more important to you, looks or power. then again, if you have the money to spend on both, nevermind, lol.

wow... i hadnt finished looking through the pics at first. check out the ones with the fixed headlights. i think those look sick..... hmm... that would make it even harder for me. plus, check out those wheels on all of those cars. that dish is wicked.
damn, im glad im not in your shoes, lol. if i had a vette and 11g to spend on it i'd have one hell of a hard time picking between that kit and a nice turbo+supporting mods.
my suggestion? flip a coin, lol.

i really want it. But if you order their wheels its another $5500. Plus if you want those headlights which i do very very badly, its another $2500 plus you have to chop up what you just spent 11,000 on! plus none of this is installation ro paint but thats ok cause i can do that. I dont know i guess $11,000 isnt really that much money but i could buy a whole other fbody for that practicly and have a daily driver and a sunday fbod. Did you guys check out the c4's as well? I would love to make a kit like this for our firebids and camaros
