Lightbulb Carbon Fiber Laminated Interior Interest

Fellow F-Boders, Y- Boders and everything in between

I am very much interested in getting this done to my interior and am working with a company to get some great pricing for all of us. The question is how many of you would be interested in this; the price would roughly be around $1500 - $1700 for a full kit like pictured below with your choice carbon fiber color. Details will follow as soon as I get a reasonable amount of interest so I can negotiate pricing with them, they are expensive kits and the more people we get on this the better the price. So lets see how many hits we get.

not sure if it's going to look as good in an f-bod. anybody got pics?

It's never really been done on an F-Body so pictures maybe hard to find, maybe if we put our heads together we can figure out what pieces will need to be laminated. I remember seeing a Trans Am with it done, i will look for the pics.

And Yes it will be done by Apsis

It's been done....

I wouldn't coat much more than that. That's enough to get the point across, and compliment the interior. Much more than that and it's probably overkill.

Thanks for the info, but that is just the trim. I am talking about covering the actual parts with carbon fiber.

So it looks like i have 3 maybe 4 interested so far, I think the magic number on this would be ten to make a dent in price. As well should discuss the parts we would like to be done.

These are the photos I found as well: Carbon Interior

This is what I think we should do for the Trans Am's, Camaro guys chime in, i don't own one so I honestly wouldn't know which parts you guys would like done as well.

Blue is a Maybe

Red is what i think should be coated.

i say yes to everything except the ........, er,....whats the word,.... the part around the gauges. Not the whole clip peice but only the inside of it. I cant think of the right word do you understand what im trying to say? the surround? not the whole surround but the inner part would be sweet. everything else in the picture would be awesome.

I agree with you also, that would look slicker. So anybody else has any opinions or interest?

I will talk to them regardless because I would like this done to my car. I will send dimensions tomorrow and get a price.
