I'm worried that it might hit the ac line that is right next to the battery near the radiator.

It's only 1/8" longer than our LS1 battery cover... It will be close but shouldn't be a problem

ditto. My battery is actually touching the line now. Maybe you guys could cut a notch out so it doesn't contact at all?

I think that would look tacky compared to the battery cover touching the line AC line... Don't you think?

i mean on the vertical edge, so u dont' see a cut on the horizontal surface at all.

Here's a pic of the cover resting on a regular battery in a Camaro. It's sitting about 2.5" higher because of the battery strap but you get the idea. It might just gently touch and the AC hose even has a piece of rubber where it would touch. Nothing big to worry about Looks like the cover could even be moved to the left a little once it gets down under the hood stop also.

I don't think that is gonna work with a yellow top. I have one and it hits the AC hard line as it is. There is no space over there......sucks. I'd love one.

no problem, i got your entire package a few weeks ago, pcm, ac, brake, bolts, fuse etc. cant wait to get it on the car once we finish working it over.
