Default MBA caps didn't fit very well

I just bought a complete set of MBA caps. The radiator and rad reservior went right on. The power steering, brake and clutch wouldn't go on at all. I literally had to pound them on with a small hammer. Is this normal?

They were too small? I never had any too small, about half of mine were too big though, had to end up using silicone sealant to keep them on.

I can't even get my clutch reservior cap on. It's way too small. For $35 a pop I would have thought they'd at least fit.

I wish I knew this before I bought all the caps. I should be getting mine tomorrow. If they don't fit back they go.

Mine required a slight bit of trimming for a couple. The washer reservoir was too big. A little dab of shoe goo kept that in place. I was very pleased with how mine fit

Yea.....dont miss the point the they LOOK GREAT....much better than plain stock caps.....you just might need to put a little silicon to hold them in place if they are too big.....

So how did it go?

Usually people justify the cost of MBA stuff because of the quality. Considering quality generally includes both fit and finish, it seems hard for me to justify buying MBA caps anytime soon.

It's been raining. They look great though. As soon as I put them on I'll let you know.

I put them on. The power steering & radiator fit great. The rest I just used a silicone glue stuff. It actually wasn't that bad at all. They look great too. The only problem was they didn't send me the clutch cap which is annoying; I need it for a show this weekend. The caps got shipped directly from MBA but I ordered them from TR, so I need to send Angie an e-mail. UGH! Hopefully they will make it right & send it 2 day so I have it in time.

Yea for what we pay for each cap they had better fit perfect... but this doesn't seem to be the case.
