By an M6 to 4L80E conversion wiring kit. Either swap segments with EFILive, or have HPTuners do it for you (you can't do it yourself with HPT). Or a tuner can do the above. I have HPTuners, and bought the harness conversion from LSxTune.com

Yeah, IMO the wiring was the easiest part of the swap!! (~30 minutes at most). the hardest part was stabbing the 4L80E by myself. I did the ENTIRE thing with ZERO help from anyone.

Mine had pins on the end that go into the PCM. You pull the connector apart and put them in. It had 1 bare wire, and that was +12V for the solenoids/switches in the transmission.

You need more than just a harness and trans for an m6 swap.
Here is my list
You need a 4l80e crossmember with torque arm relocation as the 4l80e don't have any provision to mount torque arm on it. I got mine from bmr. You can go with body mounted torque arm as well.
I got flexplate from speed inc wanted sfi one.
I got torque converter from yank for the 4l80e think 4l60 ones are different and dont think they work with 4l80e.
I am going to use hptuners for operation didn't want manual operation.
I will be buying harness from lsx mentioned above.
You need of course auto top piece for console unless think you use b and m shifter ,think it works on stock manual console. I am going to stock shifter . You could get auto pedals I think will use manual ones for temp.
I got lokar fender mounted dipstick.
And tranny cooler is good idea.
Course you can save some bucks and run stock 4l80e stall.
