Default No forward gears

OK heres the deal. Rebuilt my tranny a few months back with alto clutches and have every billet piston and servo in the tranny. I was pretty hard on it on the way home.Came to an intersection went to give it some gas and just revved like in neutral. So i went through all the gears to see what all was there.Only reverse...luckily i was only 10 houses down from my house so i turned around and drove in reverse home.lol
So anyways, what are some possibilities that might be the culprit of loss of forward drive?

Actually with no forward gears at all I would say either failure of the forward clutch and overun clutch or possible a broken out put shaft in any case definatley internal

Speaking of, if the output shaft was broke, how would it go in reverse with no noise? And if the new overrun and forward clutches did go, what would cause that? Cracked piston maybe?
Another thing is the teflon orings on the output shaft, would they cause any related problems? They were the only thing that i didnt replace on account of not having the resizing tool.

ok update. Tore it down just now and the forward spag assy. is in peices and the overun clutches are coned really bad with next to no clutch material left. This was just a quick inspection but seems to be the failure point. Now where do i go from here? What would caus this?Just weak stock parts or did i overlook something when i rebuilt it 4 months ago?

oh and also the beast sunshell for safe measure.
After this i think my only other weak points would be the input shaft and drum.
So what about those vb plates? I have read up on the 3rd feed hole being a little small for higher hp...

So that gives more pressure, or volume rather, to the 3-4 clutches right?
