Default Converter Choice!

Hoping you guys can help me out. I have a stock 2001 Camaro. I have a 3.42 gear ratio. Looking to put a new converter in it. On these cars what brand/stall converter would be a good match for my setup. I do not take the car to the track, but am looking to make the car faster for the street. It is a daily driver so I also do not want to sacrifice to much drive quality.

I want the car to be able to do that on the track. It might go once to see where it is at, but it will not be going out there on a normal basis.

Circle D 3B or 4C will fit the bill. Both are very suitable street converters, but rock the house when needed for track mode.

You can't beat Circle Ds quality, efficiency or customer service.

I ran an FTI 4000 before I started my FI build. Drove very docile and didn't need a lot of throttle to get going. Flashed right up when you nailed it though. Greg is going through my converter now for the Prochager build.

We have the new 245mm 3B stall converter that we have started using with great results. It drives really tight at light throttle. I would estimate a 3400-3500 flash point. Give me a shout and we can go over the specifics and get you going.

Better late than never. I agree nothing less than the 3600. Give us a call and compare
