Exclamation HELP!!!! What Stall Is this? Was told a Vigallante

Just wondering if anyone has a pic of the front of the converter, I bought one and it is dished and not flat and machined looking. I am trying to see what I have. I will post a pic when I get home.
I just measured the part that goes into the transmisson pump and it was 1.875'' and the stock converter is 1.750'' so I am looking at a 1/8'' difference. Anyone have any idea what this converter is for?

There should be a serial number stamped to the converter. Call Precision Industries and they will tell you everything there is to know about the converter.

looks like a vig, its pink like a vig. all converter hubs for 700r4/4l60e are 1.748..so im a little confused too. it is for an LS1 converter with a TH350/400 combo.

this is from chris at circle D: Here are some specs:

700R4
Hub Diameter 1.750"
Overall Height - 5.900"

350/400
Hub Diameter - 1.875"
Overall Height - 6.125"

I tried and they were closed. Smallblockhero you were correct that its for a TH400. The ad said it was a 4l60e, but it isnt. I finally got ahold of the guy I bought it from and he called the guy he bought it from and it is for a 400, somehow it got mixed up between those two guys what the stall was for. He said that he will refund my money so I hope all goes well, guy seems to be a pretty honest so far and will make everything right. Thanks guys for the responces, I really freaked the **** out when I got it out of the box and started measuring things. I am awaiting my refund on paypal and I will be off looking for another stall!

Definitely a 350-400 converter. Good luck with everything and hope you get it all worked out.

I am running a Fuddle 3k right now and I dont know if I am just tired of it or it really isnt all that goood of a stall, it is 3k and a 11 or 11.5 in converter so its not much smaller than a stock one. It doesnt seem to "Hit" like it should I think, I have ridden in a couple of friends cars and they seem to pull like hell when they flash...Mine doesnt... I am really on the fence since the stall didnt work out to go to a T-56, I have been wanting too for awhile but decided to try a different stall and it turned to ****! I cannot find a T-56 in the dfw area right now and I pulled the engine out of the car today so I could get the 6.0 in and I need to make my mind up FAST, either way I am going to keep the Cruddle, and see how it does under more power or try and find a t-56 setup or find a different stall. I am running on borrowed time with my 135k mile stock auto!
