Default TH400 going forward in all gears

I just rebuilt my first transmission a th400. Now I have it installed and it goes forward in all the gears except park. It does not seem loaded down when I rev the engine while its in park, What did I miss or do wrong with this rebuild?

You need to make sure that the manual valve is connected to the rooster comb. This is connected to the shifter linkage shaft. Vince
