Default Best stall for a bolt on/150 shot ls1???

I'm shopping for a stall and not sure which one to get? My car will have Long tubes/ory lid and 150 shot with 323 gears for now. Probly step up to a mild cam low 230's in the future. What brand and size stall should I get? By the way I'm in colorado so I'm @ 6000ft DA. So I'm down about 20% power compared to sea level. The car is a weekend street/strip car.

Ok so I'm going with a 3600 but not sure on the brand. I can get a SS3600 for $700 shipped, a Circle D for $745 shipped or a PTC for $500 Shipped Which converter would you choose?

I have the same combo with a FTI 3600(2.35 str) and it works great. Cuts great 60's and it rides great around town.

3800-4000 Circle D, Yank, or Precision Industries. Cam only & 150 shot = 1.4x 60' full weight on a 10 bolt for me. I have a Circle D 3800 fwiw.

Can't go wrong with either company. However I am not sure if the PTC converter for $500 has all the goodies the other 2 have, such as the billet cover and anti- ballooning plate. I just know that the 4000 can be a little loose on nitrous shot above 100 in a full weight street car with 3.23. That is why I said something in the 3600 range. I do know that the Vig is usually a little higher stall than advertised. I would contact all three by filling out their online tech sheets and then it is just a matter of which one you feel the best about. All three make really nice converters.
