Thumbs down No Reverse or ANY Gears work, idle doesnt move when shifting

So, I just installed a used 4l60e from a 2002 camaro into my 1998 camaro. I hooked both (2) connectors up. Everything is hooked up, triple checked. I was told the tranny had 70K miles on it. I used the converter that came with the used trans I installed.

So I drop the car, added fluid to it, and shifted through all the gears 100 times, let it warm up for 15 min.

What do I get NOTHING.....It idles at 900rpm's and doesn't move, even when shifting from PARK to REVERSE. It wont even attempt to move at all in any gear.

I checked the voltage at the green round connector, it has 3 out of 20 wires with 10.22 volts.

either the converter wasnt seated in the trans and the pump is now broken. or the trans was a toasted unit in the first place, or you forgot to bolt the converter up

Either the manual valve isn't hooked up, or you aren't making any pressure.

Did you hook the cable up? If so I bet you need more fluid for the converter or as said you didn't bolt the converter up.
