4l60e no forward or reverse new trans and torque converter

I know this is a dumb question, but is the transfer case in gear. Sometimes you can’t see the forest for all the trees. If the transfer case is in gear there is a good chance that the torque converter was not installed properly and the pump rotor is now broken. Did the torque converter turn freely before bolting it up the flex plate or was it jammed into the flex plate and hard to turn to align the bolt holes?

Since you didn't answer my question about the gap to the flexplate nor Mr Bond's about whether it turned freely before bolting it up, we assume there was no gap and therefore the pump rotor was broken.
While the terms flexplate and flywheel are sometimes interchanged, we prefer to use the word flexplate.

Nothing is needed electrically for Reverse to work.
Even with the harness disconnected, you will have Reverse and 3rd gear.
Here is how to easily check the pump:
1. Check the trans fluid level with the engine off.
2. Turn on engine and check the fluid level again.
If the pump is working, the fluid level should drop by about an inch.
Sorry, don't know how much a leaking cooling line would affect line pressure, but a leaking line kinda indicates you have pressure.

It's coming out almost as fast as there not even being a line plugged in. And it only leaks when running so I have pressure coming out? Might cause too much of a pressure loss for it to work? Idk..

A cooling line leaking that much will leak out all of the fluid in less than a minute. I would guess a leak that bad could lower your line pressure so low that it wouldn’t move.
The thing that has me scratching my head is the statement you made about a grinding noise when going into park. For that to happen the output shaft most likely is turning. So either the output shaft is not splined into the transfer case or something is broken in the transfer case. Something to check maybe?

You could place the trans in park, transfer case in 2WD and jack the rear wheels off the ground and see if you can turn the driveshaft. I’m don’t know much about transfer cases but I think this would work to test the transfer case.

After putting it in gear, Then shifting back to Park, Is there a Clicking/Grinding noise? If so....The T-case is either in Neutral or the T-case Planetary is busted. Did you drain the Fluid out of the T-case? Was it full of metal?
