Default 4L80E leaking from tail shaft seal/bushing

I have a Jakes Lvl 5 4L80E that's been in the car for about 5k miles now and for the past several months of driving it will leak/push out fluid only during hard acceleration. There is no fluid in front of the tailshaft so I've narrowed it down to there. I've done tons of searching on the subject and results are few and far between.

Attached is pics of the yoke and bushing, and looking to ask the experts what would cause a hot spot on the bushing to make it blacken and the yoke to show the wear it has? I did have issues with the driveshaft not being centered in the safety loop and had issues getting it out of the trans. Could the engine and trans be canted a little bit to cause that issue? Motor is an LQ4 on spohn solid motor mount stands with the factory K member, and trans has a aftermarket brace. I think they are all related somehow... Thanks for the help

I also had this seal leaking even despite fairly low miles. Replaced the seal and it still leaks. I can move the driveshaft up and down (by hand), and in each up-down movement a tiny bit of oil is pushed from between DS and the seal...

It will have a little play as its a forced lube bushing. It may be worn though if you're leaking again.

And are both of you using solid yokes? Is is it the stock style that has a cap pressed in it? Because it may be leaking from the actual yoke instead of around the seal.

I would replace the yoke-is it the one with 3.5" length
the seal is running on a rusted section, also close to bottoming out in the trans looking at the picture
Is the rear loaded or hanging free in the pic.

Yea that yoke is a little too deep into the unit in your videos might need a 1" shorter driveshaft.

I'd prefer to fix the seal to be honest not replace the yoke or shorten the DS...
Rear is loaded, car sits on the ground.
I was wondering if there are seals with tiny bit smaller diameter at the opening...

What do you think is happening when the suspension compresses or extends?

You're going to continue to have seal failures until you shorten the driveshaft.
