Default transmission help

having trouble identifying the transmission ,and its because it was swapped with a lq4 infront of it. okay so this tranny i cant seem to find a 4l60 or 4l80 stamp on it or anything idk what it is to be honest i tried to go off the shape of the oil pan and still cant find one that matches thus far. the numbers i found were a big 94 on both sides and ''GMPT" was also on the side just need some help identifying it if anyone can help.

my thing is that it was supposed to have a 6 speed supposely so the best way that i tested that was to basically cruise it all the way to 75 and it shifted though 5 gears getting there from my best interpretation listening to its shift points , ive had pretty knowledgeable passengers with me doing the same on different occasions and still shifted through 5 gears to 75 ... ive replaced a 4l60e in my 2002 z71 and both trannys were clear as day stamped 4l60e on the side

you're feeling 4 gears with a torque converter lock. You mistaked the torque converter lock up as a 5th gear.

You can quickly ID a trans by the pan bolt pattern.
