Default squeak between shifts A4

Has anyone had a squeak between shifts mainly 2-3 under high RPM or WOT. It happened on my stock transmission and how a have a hard shifting transmission and I still have the same problem. Could the engine belt slip from quick changes in RPM?

Thanks

It could be the belt. This happens quite often in alot of different vehicles.

Check your tensioner and the belt.

TCI and many other vendors have an adjustable tensioner. I have the TCI. It was around 150.00. Works great! Hope this helps.

i had that too, now my cars too loud to hear it. I always thought my **** was on the verge of breaking and thats why it was making noises. Then i thought it was chirping the tires maybe. Now i think i was wrong the whole time, because it sounds exactly like a belt now that i think about it

This is very common in trucks especially with a shift kit and a tune.
