3500-4000 if youve got some steeper gears. Ive got a 3800 with 2.73s and the low to midrange looseness has some getting used to, but it's nice. just watch out for the cops. I didnt have the stall 2 days before i was pulled over

You will get a lot of different stall answers with a thread like this. Your best bet is to contact the company you decide on and they should ask you for A TON of information about your car before making a decision with you.

What are the specs on your cam? If the duration is 236-244 a 3000 stall will be plenty, I have a cam with 236 duration at .050" and have a 3000 stall for the street, its a little big, a 2600 would have done the job too.

I'm surprised that you run such a small stall with such a big cam, but traction and driving goals vary by person.

A 2600 stall is too small for an LS1 with a stock cam.
