I would get the transgo kit. It comes with better instructions than the B&M. Its not hard to install but it does requir a little patients.

Yeah, TransGo seems to be the way to go. I'm getting one this week.

it depends what your talking about i have the b&m shift plus shift improver on my s-10 which i was very pleased with but a word of caution its been on there about a month and a half and now my trans is dieing fast what the shift+ does is crank main line pressure in your trans, and it will throw a pressure swith code. I'm not blaming the product for my trans going out seeing as i've lost count of the 100shots and monster burnouts it's endured the really nice thing is you can turn it off

The "modified" Trans-Go Performance Shift kit that I carry & use solves many of these problems, with no side affects. Call me on your problem, if I can be of help, 800 7763288 anytime past 11am PST.

A shift kit involves internal modifications with some changes of hard parts. It's not a gizmo of some kind you can turn off and on. My advice is to forget about B&M, forget about the price, contact Pro Built as above and get a kit that will be right for your car. And if you don't know what you're doing, find someone who does to install it.
