Default will a 95 Impala SS 4L60E work in LS1

will a trans from a 95 Imp. SS work on a LS1 F-body??

I would think it would be compatible with a 93-97 LT1 since its the same engine. I am not sure about the LS1 thou. I am sure they are different.

No would require a special converter or adapter . mounting for torque arm would be different, speed sensor would be different.

ok just got off the phone with the Greg from Anti-Venom and he said "In no way would that work unless you want to do a MAJOR conversion." so thats a NO!!
