Default trans cooler install questions

okay, i'm installing a B&M trans cooler on my 02 Z28 and need to know how you guys install them... pictures would be amazing if you guys had them.

i know the lines go through by the radiator, and the cooler is mounted just forward of that on a cross brace... but how do you guys have it positioned? with the lines going in from the top? bottom?? please help me out a little...

thanks in advance!

I also have the B&M 24k cooler. Just read the instructions and you won't make mistakes on the lines, etc. I mounted my cooler right in front of the Condenser and it lays on its side and is nestled down in the "trough" right above the air dam. It is quite secure and needs no additional mounting brackets, etc. It works for me! Sorry, no pics.

P.S.
I have had it since 2001 and it required no maintenance except to re-tighten the dam hose clamps when they loosened up and started leaking.

mine is installed so both fittings face the passenger side of the car, and the hoses are routed just around the passenger side of the alternator...

around the alternator........? the lines have a U' type bend that end up coming to the passenger side of the radiator.........

that's how all of them are... right?

did you do a custom set-up or something?

i found some instructions - it's very easy. i mounted it on the lip of the radiator support w/ two self tapping screws. it's very secure, and because i have no front grill, or bumper support, there's practically a straight shot to the cooler from the hole in the bumper cover on the passenger side. =)
