Default The Yank Has Arrived!!!!

My Yank SS3600 just came in!! I'm gonna be installing it tonight and was wondering what kind of tuning im gonna need? I imagine shift points and rev limiter right? Also, is it gonna be okay to drive it easy for a day or two until I get it tuned? I'll let ya guys know how it is later tonight! Thanks in advance.

60's should easily be in the 1.6 range if you have traction.

When did you order it? I ordered mine on June 8th and I haven't received a tracking number or anything yet

Yeah I'm pretty excited about it after all the good things I hear so we'll see. I ordered the converter on June 1st. Excellent service on Yanks part. Everytime I called to check on the order I recieved a call back within 20 mins!! Guess I should plan on puttin' my nitto's on my everyday rims huh?? LOL

careful when installing it, the frickin floorpan on the F-bodys seems to have a lot of sharp edges.

Oh, and for those top bellhousing bolts, it's helpful if you have a swivel socket...not just a swivel end... the actual swivel tip sockets.

I ordered my Yank earlier this month, and I can't wait to get it in. I feel like my car has been completely handicapped with the factory torque converter.

You can drive it as much as you like without a tune. Mine has been in for a year and a half with no major issues and '02 computer is a little more touchy than a '98.
