Default Vig or Yank?

Hey guys, it seems in here that most people favor yank over vigilante and would like to know why? A buddy of has have blown 3 transmissions with the yank converter, but he says he likes how the yank hits harder, and now he has a vigilante and hasnt had a problem? The only reason that Im leaning towards the vigilante is that is more street friendly compared to yank? But also would like to get the yank because of this months special, but like mine friend told me if it breaks on me, I dont want yank telling me I install it wrong?

your call. they both are good performing converters. as far as customer service goes youll likely have better luck with the vig. Yanks will put down some numbers though.

I haven't heard of too many issues with Yank but they are both very reputable. I've heard that Yanks are very efficient too. I will be going with them next time.

both are good companies for sure. those would be the only 2 i woud run. from everything people has said it seems like the vigilantes are better street verter and the yanks are better strip verters!! but i have read alot of horror stories people have posted that has had issues with yank more than vigilante.

I have ran 3 Yanks. The SS3200, SS3600, and currently the PY3400. No complaints about Yank at all. Great performance out of these converters.
