Default what kind fluld
i have a new tranny (4l60e) and i was wanting to see what kind of fluid you guys are using? i have a boosted car that make about 500 to the tire and a 3500 stall what weight and brand should i use and when should i change it?

i run castrol dexron III, but you could even run a house brand and it would do fine.

i went with castrol dexron VI....almost 70 bucks and i still need 2 QTs!! man i hope this stuff works

For the best in transmission oil for Drag Racing, Strip Only, or any Extreme use, I have recommended for years, Lubrication Engineers Monolec 7500 at www.le-inc.com/ This is not a synthetic oil.
