Default help high idle and long shift timing

2001 Camaro Ls1
Have high idle at times and when the high idle occurs my transmission has long shifts. My transmission is from performabuilt and is level 2 transmission. No codes found. If anyone has any ideas what could be the cause please let me know. Also my car is cammed if that makes a difference.
thanks for your help
Matt

I would look at data from TPS and MAF both can affect idle and trans performance and or even cause trans damage. Not having a code does not necessarily mean you don't have a bad sensor

Any Vacum leaks?? I know some leaks can cause long and hard shifts.
