very common issue, The stall is confusing the PCM you will need to have that code turned off in tuning, Have you had the car tuned for the stall yet , If not your tuner should do it for you and if you have IMO he should have.

When the PCM sees that the soleniod is non-responsive, it sets the line pressure full to protect the tranny.

Have it tuned out.

once you get the tune you should be fine the PCM is just confused right now and needs a little teaching.

it wont hurt but might go into limp mode in which the computer will lock out certain gears and leave you in 3rd so when you go and drive you'll be reving the crap out of the car just to move it. If that happens to you, you can just pull over and turn the car off, wait a sec or two then restart the car and limp mode will go away for a short time.. You just need tuning and have that code shut off. As for lock up not working all the time you need to have the missfires turned off or lessened, all due to the stall and the computer thinking the stock one is in there..

I just had the same problem with mine, had the test for the code deleted and the problem was solved. By the way this happened to me on a Sunday afternoon and I called Performabuilt, and Frank answered the call and helped out.
