I thought it was nothing more than a "ploy" put forth by GM for the upcomming Z06. I knew Wagoneer was a Duke grad, hence the "Blue Devil" name but everything I read said it wasnt even a concept. It'll be interesting to see how this sells if GM does build it.

Man that's nasty. All hail the n00b pwner. With a 2900 lbs. curb weight and 600hp on tap I don't give a **** if the engine is placed ahead of the driver rather than behind, this thing will ******* own little kids driving everything from Ford's beast of a GT, Dodge's current king of the hill Viper, Ferrari's F430, and Porsches upcoming 997 GT3. If the Blue Devil, SS, whatever they decide to call it makes it into showrooms, competitors better watch the **** out.

It would truly be incredible if GM came out with such a beast!

Think it could see 800hp with a pulley swap and a port?

And the nice thing about it. Lutz didn't deny it! In so many words he sounded like production could happen if GM turns around!

im sure it has more than 600hp considering the motor alone from factory has something like 500hp (correct me if im wrong). this z06 reminds me of that other corvette they had called the Tigershark except for that one had 725hp. it'll be awesome if they do come out into production.
