Top pulley or bottom pulley??

Top pulley or bottom pulley??
Gimme some answer please. I know the differences in doing the two but want to know experiences in both for real world performance and driving and maybe belt slip if any? Labor differences and possible problems with warranty with one vs the other?

Taking the blower apart to press on the top freaks some people out. Also, a 9.5" lower produces more power. If that is not enough, just upgrades the ring later. For most people just having a 2.55 upper is not nearly enough power so it you want more, just go with a 10" lower.

Timing changes depending on your heads.
On the stock LSA head, they introduced a swirl port in the intake runner. It creates a turbulant swirl thru the intake valve and allows for much cleaner emissions with our motors, but with that flow turbulance, it also allows us to run much larger amounts of timing.
With just 12psi, you can get around 20ish degrees of timing on your engine with 93 octane.
The 2.55 upper pulley will get you that goal.
There hasnt been much reported at all with belt slip with a 2.55 upper.
2.55 upper pulleys are alot cheaper route to go.
I have been selling 10 inch kits for 850 including the brackets needed.
Or the 2.55 upper pulleys for 100 installed for free.

The timing depends on your car and ambient conditions. I can't run more then 17 right now or i knock. Every car is different. He stock cam is a weak link to pushing more timing. All these questions have been answered time n time again. Check your PM's.

That sounds great. Close to the shop. I'll buy the BBQ or steaks and pints.

Food for thought... Spend 100 and gain a few hp now... Or invest in no chamce of slip and a much wider window for furture boost tailoring? I personally from experience would over drive at the crank first..
Timing is all about the car.. Every car is going to like different things.. Fuel,,spark etc.. The better the setup flows the more power you will make.. Pick what you want and go from there
