Some new pictures of the Caddy
Went out today and did some runs with a 2012 Mustang 5.0 and then stopped and snapped some pictures of the Cadillac since it has been a while. Also took some of my buddies Mustang.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Your CTS-V looks absolutely gorgeous.
Do you have a shot of the rear with that spoiler? I've considered getting one, off and on, but never found one that I liked up close. Also, three little purchases you might want to consider:
Black center caps ($76)
Real smoke sidemarkers ($37)
The unholy 12 watt amber LED sidemarkers of eyeball smiting ($33)*
(*should have mine this week--stay tuned to see if they fit!)

This was all in Panama City Beach, Florida, over in the Seaside/30A area.
I definitely have been keeping my eyes open for good deals on black center caps, and I might just black out the current corners I have now darker to kind of get rid of the amber look, but I'd also want to darken my fogs so that you can't see the amber look through there also.
I don't think I took a legit rear shot, but I'm sure I have one I can throw up for you to at least make judgement on the rear spoiler.

Background: you need very, VERY high power amber LEDs to illuminate those smoke sidemarkers. I have 1 watt amber LEDs in my CTS-V right now (much brighter than the stock incandescent bulbs), and you can barely see them during the day. If these don't fit, they have have a 1/2 length option that I'll try. Sometime, I'll have to put up a list of the high power LEDs that I've sourced. They're ridiculous.

Here's a 3rd gear pull from about 40 to 120 MPH. My car is smoking like a pig because my tune is still a little rich and my PCV needs to be fixed, but regardless of the smoke show, I still pull quite hard on him.

If it wouldn't of been on there prior to me buying the car, I don't think I would of put anything on the trunk. But since it was already on there I don't mind it so much. Plus it kind of goes with the body lines and how the rear comes to a point, so that's another plus of it.
I honestly don't think it changes the look of the car enough to give a real reason to drill the trunk though.
