Default DYNO NUMBERS for STOCK 2016 CTS

Here's a vid of the stock dyno numbers from Hennessey for a 2016 CTS-V and a vid of its acceleration capability.

These numbers would appear to be similar to a V2 with a tune, pulley and CAI

Note the amount of boost it's putting out in stock trim ( boost gauge sits inside tach)

Fork!! I wish I could do high speeding testing with my V. Just to see what she'd do for top speed as mods progress.

As for the V3 those numbers are expected. Still wouldn't buy one till they really sort out that motor and its heat problems though. When that psa comes out, then I will truly desire one. Pffft who am I kidding? Anyone need and extra ********!?!

Looks like "targeted" boost is about 11psi (I say targeted because I realize it's not a wastegated system). I thought V2 was 10-11 as well...

The stock boost for the V2 was 9 lbs.

This is something I figure manufactures will be doing in the future. As the bar is continually raised. Someday 1,000hp will be the norm. Coupled with AWD, these cars will be missiles. Think back to 60-70's era muscle cars and the bar then compared to now.

What is advertised hp, 640? At 548 to the rear tires, that's drivetrain loss of 92 hp. I wonder how much or more Hennessy will get back when they're done.
