They're at all 4 corners if I remember. I'd use compressed air. Hopefully you could reach it without dropping the headliner.

And here I was under the impression GM had fully retired that issue. I had a '78 Seville Elegante that was plagued by that. Got a bath every now and then.

Of course not. When i was searching to see how to fix it, i even saw owners of the new gen CTS having this problem. It seems like their goal is to make it not leak long enough to run out the warranty

Yeah, I know...the goals of the mfg/seller on the one hand and the buyer/owner on the other hand are at polar opposites. How else does the consumer get "stuck" with these rear ends, driveshafts, drains, headlight bulbs that require bumper removal for service, and the list goes on. And the off-shore high end mfg's are every bit our equals or better.

End of rant. I love hot rods in almost all forms. Sucker!

I wouldn't use compressed air to clean the sunroof drains. Others have reported pressurizing the drain and causing it to pop loose. At that point you will be removing the c-pillars and possibly the headliner to fix the issue. Start with weed trimmer line like suggested first then proceed further if that doesn't work.
